SmartDog Services was originally founded in 1990 as “DCC Services” as a database consulting and staffing company dedicated to Oracle software & technology and quickly grew to be a trusted resource for Oracle database administration and development consulting.

The transition from DCC Services to SmartDog Services brought with it our simple, no-cost and no-commitment way for customers to begin using SmartDog Services for Oracle technology and application consulting. The team of Oracle experts was already working on-site at client locations and remotely, to provide the best possible service structured to suit each customer’s needs.
