SmartDog Services is actively seeking a candidate to take on a functional consulting role to be responsible for defining the Employee Management, Job and Position Management, Compensation Management, Benefits Managements and recruiting processes. This position will need to train project team members, define the processes, configure the HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, Advanced Benefits and iRecruitment modules to support the processes, and lead project team members through the CRP Process. The ability to implement the compensation workbench as well as benefit plans and life events pricing scenarios in the Advanced Benefits module is required. Experience implementation the Oracle Training management and is a plus. This person will closely engage with key client personnel and participate in all areas of the implementation life-cycle.
We are seeking individuals with the following skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Oracle HR/Payroll expertise
- 5-7 years of Oracle Application configuration
- Prefer experience in multi-org and international environments
- Oracle AIM method deliverables, including the BR100
- Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
- Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation
- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
- General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy
- Project management: lead small teams of 1 - 3 resources (both consulting and client employees)
- Industry expertise: Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Consumer Goods preferred
- Ability to travel up to 80%
Technical skills needed:
- Oracle Applications configuration
- Fast Formula Definition
- Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project and Visio
