From DBA support to custom development to Oracle's E-Business Suite, we work closely with our client as a trusted advisor to identify and deliver a broad array of cost-effective Oracle IT solutions. We stay to support customers between the large projects when other service organizations lose interest. Also, we work very closely with and in full support of Oracle's customer care and software sales teams. In fact, we're Oracle's SMB Partner of the Year for the TOLA region two years running. The ideal Program Manager will be someone with senior level experience managing Oracle projects or environments and who can divide their time between billable work and supporting our Houston-based account manager in developing our Houston area accounts with a focus on the Oil & Gas industry vertical. You will act as a primary point of contact for several clients in the Houston area as well as maintaining visilbity and providing direction for teams on multiple engagements, while also assisting in the capacity of a senior functional Oracle Subject Matter Expert. The primary goals will be increase revenue from Houston accounts while maintaining up to 50% billable utilization. The opportunity afforded here is more than the standard consulting job - you will be given the authority to make the RIGHT decision for the customer and work to develop non-traditional solutions to their problems. Position Requirements: Senior Oracle professional with functional project management/ consulting background or experience with IT management in an Oracle environment Oracle functional expertise should include at least 2 of the following areas: Manufacturing, Supply Chain/ Distribution/ Order Management, Financials, Project Accounting Non-billable responsibilities will include pre-sales support, presentations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert, etc. Comfort and expertise communicating at a high level with high-level executives Ability to travel frequently within the Houston area and up to 20% outside the Houston area Oil & Gas industry experience highly preferred SmartDog Services, LLC is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer
