SmartDog Services is a consulting firm focused on helping companies who run Oracle software. We have earned Oracle's SMB TOLA Partner of the Year award two years running. We have corporate offices in New Orleans and Austin, but this position is in Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for: Driving the recruiting process internally - never have to ask "What's the next step?" Full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer letter Documenting activity in our internal ATS Recruiting for both full-time positions on our staff as well as temporary contract positions to support our staff What it's like to work at SmartDog: At SmartDog, we take our work seriously, not ourselves.
