The founders of SmartDog
Services began helping customers with Oracle
technology in 1990. Originally named DCC Services,
the company was founded as an Oracle technical
services firm but quickly grew into a full service
provider of remote and on-site services both for
the Oracle E-Business Suite and the Oracle
Database. Having developed a reputation for its
expertise and excellent customer service both
within the Oracle organization and throughout its
community, the company leveraged their strong
foundation as a springboard for SmartDog Services,
LLC, which has been in operation since 2001.
SmartDog Services is the first on-command
consulting company totally dedicated to customers who run the Oracle Technical Stack and the
E-Business Suite. Our unique customer-oriented business model provides access to the entire SmartDog Team and their broad range of Oracle experts who specialize in helping customers maximize their investment in Oracle.
Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, small to midsized businesses, and local, state and federal government agencies. While most of our
clients are in Texas and Louisiana, we have
clients all over the world.
SmartDog Services was recently approved as an Oracle
Platinum Partner. This is an honor that approximately only 1% of Oracle Partner Network partners achieve.
The highest level of partner certification, is one more outward sign of what our current customers already know: SmartDog is dedicated to providing the highest quality services. This status is a testament to SmartDog Service's commitment to maintaining certified Oracle consultants and professionals.
For several consecutive years, SmartDog Services has been selected as the Fiscal Year Small and Medium Business (SMB) TOLA Oracle Partner of the Year. This honor was awarded to SmartDog because of our focus on installed Oracle customers and our value based consulting.
